- Yoga for staff and use in the classroom…some poses/breathing for teachers to use when they need a short break or for student mini breaks/de-stress before a test.
- Guided meditation for teachers…will provide/demonstrate meditations to use in the classroom
- Stress reducing activities and resources for educators (CALM App, coloring pages, tactile toys, etc.)
