Randolph Schools: A Day of Wellness has ended
We are looking forward to getting together on October 14th for a special gathering: "Randolph Schools: A Day of Wellness!"

District and building level offerings have been designed to provide all staff with various opportunities built to integrate academic, social, and emotional learning into this day.

Here’s what you need to know!

1. Dress comfortably.
2. Hours for the day are 8am – 3:30pm for all staff.
3. Be seated in the RHS Auditorium by 8am. We will begin our "epic" keynote promptly at 8am.
4. Building and/or department supervisors will communicate plans for part of your day and staff will choose from district menu offerings for the remainder of your day.
5. Prior to October 14th, be sure to download the free “Sched” app on your phone and create a log in so that you can view all district session offerings (directions can be found here) in advance and so you can reference them at the event

Cognition – How We Learn and Our Brains Work

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
The new research on how the brain actually works should have an impact in our classrooms at any age level. How are decisions actually made in the brain?  Are we doing everything we can to enhance memory in our classrooms?  Why do we do the crazy things we do, and how should it impact our classrooms?  Join us for a multi-media presentation and group discussion led by two “off the wall” dudes with 69 years in education. (Mr. Cullis, RHS Librarian & Mr. Bowditch, RHS School Counselor)
